This beautiful, naturally blue hair and scalp oil was designed with Biotin and essential oils to help encourage growth and length retention. Its consistency is pretty thick and slow flowing; characteristic of castor oil.

Specs:
Texture: VERY thick oil (may need to be warmed slightly with a warm cloth to make the oil fluid) and characteristic of castor and coconut oil. Does contain some herbal sediment which may give it a bit of texture as well.
Look: Medium blue. Bits of herbs/botanicals may be visible throughout.
Scent: Characteristic of castor oil and essential oils.

To Use:
You simply apply a small amount to your scalp via the precision tip or your fingertips. A little goes a long way, so no need to over do it and I KNOW it can be tempting. Massage the oil into your scalp with the pads of your fingers (or even better, with a battery-operated scalp massager) for 2-3 minutes, 3-4 times per week. You massage the scalp each day, even when not using this product. You may also apply some of the oil to your hair if you like.
After applying, you may gently brush hair from scalp to ends of hair to distribute the product evenly throughout your hair. You may also use this as a hot oil treatment (concentrating on your ends) before washing it out, but you only need a tiny bit, like a quarter sized amount – use too much and it may be harder to wash it completely out. If you have drier hair (as found in types 3 and 4 hair) you may leave this in, but it is recommended that you should wash your hair/scalp at least once a week to clarify hair follicles.
A four ounce bottle may last about 1-3 months depending on amount used and how often the product is used.

*All bottles contain 4 or 2 ounces though not filled to the top. 4 ounces is about where the indented part of the top of the bottle meets the rest of the bottle wall.
