Finally, a fermented rice water that doesn’t stink after just a few days! We have a regular rice water and a deluxe version with 21 herbal extracts to help you in your quest for beautiful hair.

We have a regular version of this as well as a version made with herbal extracts. The Herbal Deluxe rice water is created by infusing the following ingredients in pure water:

Directions: Shake well; spray onto clean, freshly washed hair. Lightly massage into scalp, then cover hair with a cap for 10 minutes. Next, rinse rice water completely off of hair/scalp and style as desired. Recommended frequency of use: one time per week.

Why a preservative?
A preservative is an absolute MUST in a formula with herbs and water, as herbs are notorious for growing mold in water without a preservative and it would only hold up for about 3 days maximum refrigerated without a preservative. The preservative allows the product to be shelf stable so that you may safely use your product.

Specs: The substance is a translucent, slightly milky off-white to brown color (it may darken slightly over time).
Scent: The smell is slightly sour and characteristic of fermented rice, but may also contain a touch of sweetness and be mildly herbal, depending on the formula you choose.
Good for use for up to 1.5 months after being received. This listing is for one 4 ounce plastic spray bottle.

A Little Goes A Long Way:
If you apply it to your scalp only, one 4 oz bottle can last approximately 2-3 months. Over time and with regular use, you may see noticeably more lustrous hair.

So how long will it take to work?
That depends on the type and condition of your hair, state of health, diet, etc. (see our FAQ’s for more info). Some users notice results within a few weeks. Other users see results within 2-3 months of everyday use.
