How to use it: apply to freshly clean and damp (not dripping wet) hair. Comb through hair, and let set for 10-15 minutes. Rinse hair completely. Use occasionally, alternate uses with a moisturizing deep conditioner (Use this one time, next time use the moisturizing deep conditioner). Do not use this conditioner as a leave-in. Do not apply heat
