WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thanks so much for your interest in carrying our products. We love our stockists and are always happy to share our products with new shops.

Our wholesale opportunities are currently available to U.S. Companies only.

WHOLESALE PRICING

• Authorized retailers will receive 50%, 55% or 60% off the MSRP, depending on the quantity ordered, plus the cost of shipping
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We do not charge sales tax on wholesale orders

ORDERING

• A minimum order of $200 is required on opening orders; reorders: minimum of $150
• All wholesale orders require at least 6 units per product/variation, sizes can be mixed but container types (glass or plastic) and other packaging variations cannot.
• Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to customerservice@ashamiel.com within 48 hours of ordering.

PAYMENT

• We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and ApplePay
• We are not currently offering consignment or Net 30/60/90 opportunities. Payment in full is required to place your order.

TESTER UNITS

• Product testers have been proven to increase sales of body care items by 500%. They allow the customer to use their senses of smell and touch which may trigger them to go ahead and purchase a product. Customers are 80% more likely to purchase a product if they are able test it first.
• If you have a brick & mortar shop, we recommend ordering 1additional unit to allow for customer sampling (and so they don’t open all the sellable units to test).

TURN AROUND TIME

• Will vary on the size of the order placed. While most orders ship in 1-2 weeks, larger orders may require up to a 4 week turnaround time. Please contact us for a specific turnaround time quote.

SHIPPING

• FREE SHIPPING on orders of over $1000 USD
• Orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (we pay insurance)
• Larger orders may ship via UPS
• We ask that you please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 5 days of delivery if you have received damaged or defective products so that we can ship out replacements ASAP.

SELLING OUR PRODUCTS

• Our product may only be sold in your own brick and mortar shop, on your approved eCommerce website, or by the approved seller themselves at local markets.
• Our products may not be sold on third-party websites, including, but not limited to Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.
• We provide an MSRP, but as the reseller/retailer you are free set your own prices
• To reduce waste, products will be sent without plastic shrink wrap seals. If you’d prefer to have them sealed, please let us know by noting this on your order form or in the notes at checkout.
• Click here for product photos which can be used on your website and social media pages. We request that you tag us on social media whenever you post using our photos.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS

• Due to the nature of our products, orders are final sale; we do not accept returns or exchanges
• We ask that you please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 5 days of delivery if you have received damaged or defective products so that we can ship out replacements ASAP.

DISCOUNTS

• Discount codes may not be used towards wholesale orders
• Wholesale customers are not eligible to accumulate or redeem rewards credits
• Wholesale orders are not eligible for free gift offers
