Digital purchases, including templates, printable files, and e-books, are delivered via instant download. Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final unless there is a technical issue with your file. If something doesn’t open or looks incorrect, reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Our beauty and hair-care items are made with care and quality ingredients. Due to the personal nature of these products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened. If your package arrives damaged or something seems off, contact us within 5 business days so we can help resolve the issue.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. Once a package is handed over to USPS, UPS, or another carrier, delays are outside of our control. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
