We have removed the Rosemary Distillate in the Gold Label, making it more concentrated with copper peptides for those who want a more concentrated product. Why does Gold Label bear the Herbogen brand while the others bear the HairHealth brand label? Our HairHealth items will eventually all be Herbogen brand, we will be updating the labels as the old ones with the HairHealth brand run out.
Recommended use: part hair and spritz directly onto to the scalp once daily, then massage in for 1-3 minutes. Use one spritz per affected area, or 6-8 spritzes maximum spread out at various points on scalp and massage into entire scalp. You may wash out daily or leave for up to one week maximum before washing out.

*It does contain a preservative system (Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid). Why a preservative?: a preservative is an absolute MUST in a formula with herbs and water, as herbs are notorious for growing mold in water without a preservative and it would only hold up for about 3 days maximum refrigerated without a preservative. The preservative allows the product to be shelf stable so that you may safely use your product.
Specs: The substance is translucent (it may darken a little over time). The smell is herbaceous, characteristic of the rosemary and the essential oils it is made from. Because this does not contain an emulsifier like Polysorbate, you will have to shake the product before each use to blend the oils well (otherwise they will tend to float to the top and you won't get some in each spray).

A Little Goes A Long Way:
If you apply it to your scalp only, one 4 oz bottle can last approximately 2-3 months. Over time and with regular use, you may see noticeably more lustrous hair.

That depends on the type and condition of your hair, state of health, diet, etc. (see our FAQ's for more info). Some users notice results within a few weeks. Other users see results within 2-3 months of everyday use.
