Concentrated hair oil for low-porosity hair, crafted with both Ayurvedic Indian Hibiscus and Sorrel Hibiscus, is designed to promote healthy hair growth and enhance length retention.

The oil is made by infusing substantial quantities of Hibiscus (Indian/Ayurvedic Hibiscus - Rosa Sinensis and Sorrel Hibiscus - Hibiscus Sabdariffa) to create a highly concentrated maceration, ounce for ounce. This blend also includes pure Hibiscus essential oil, imported from India. Sunflower and grapeseed oils are used to make it suitable for low-porosity hair, but we also have a version for dry hair made with coconut oil.

Ayurvedic Hibiscus (Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis Linn) is a plant rich in Vitamin C, flavonoids, antioxidants, anthocyanins, and more. Traditionally used to boost hair growth and achieve sleek, shiny, and voluminous hair, Hibiscus has been long revered for its conditioning properties that promote longer, stronger hair.

The oil is available in both regular strength and super concentrated (double the concentration of the regular strength).

Note: the hibiscus we use to infuse this oil is reddish-pink in color. However, over time, the red hibiscus sediment may settle at the bottom of the bottle, and the oil will appear pink or even yellow. Simply shake the bottle to re-blend as necessary. 

Recommended usage: Apply the oil 3-4 times a week. Massage it into your scalp for a couple of minutes. You can also use the inversion method, where you bend at your waist and point your head downward while massaging the oil into your scalp. However, only use the inversion method if it has been deemed safe for you by a physician, as some conditions may be aggravated by doing it.

Specifications: The oil is a translucent yellow-orange color (the color may vary from batch to batch). The smell is mild and not super noticeable a few minutes after applying.
