Rosemary Deluxe Hair Oil contains a generous helping of Rosemary Verbenone essential oil in a base of pure Olive, Castor, Sunflower, Jojoba and Pumpkin Seed oils to facilitate longer, shinier and more lustrous hair**.

Made with a generous helping fine Rosemary Verbenone essential oil (THE growth herb - Rosemary Verbenone is the specific variety believed to be most useful with regard to growth) in a rich blend of Olive, Castor, Sunflower, Jojoba and Pumpkin Seed oils. It was created to help encourage longer, more beautiful locks, soothe dry, itchy scalp and condition hair. It can be used as an every day hair oil, but also makes an excellent weekly hot oil treatment.

What makes Rosemary Verbenone so special? It's a special variety of Rosemary preferred over other varieties when creating growth blends and is considered to be the most therapeutic type available. It also has a bit of a milder scent than other types or rosemary oil.

***Note- this product contains rosemary verbenone essential oil, which makes it therapeutic, NOT aromatherapeutic. Please be aware that "rosemary" is not the same as "rose", and this product does not smell floral in any way- instead, it smells very green and herbal.

This oil comes complete with a dried sprig of organic rosemary.

Contains: Olea Europaea (Olive) oil, Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin) Seed Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary Verbenone) oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaves.

Warning: Rosemary *may* slightly darken the tone of hair when used over time. It is for that reason that I recommend this product for those with darker (deep red, brown & black) hair, and not for lighter shades of hair. I can't give exact estimates on how many shades it will darken.

Specs: this listing is for 8 ounces of oil by volume. It comes in a plastic squeezable bottle with a spout top). The bottle does not come filled all the way to the top, but you will get a full 8 ounces of oil (by volume). The 2 ounce is really only a sample size so that you can test the oil; it will not last for very many uses.
