ROSEMARY HERBAL HAIR OIL
Simple, botanical and beautifully herbaceous.
Our Rosemary Herbal Hair Oil combines Rosemary Essential Oil with Olive, Argan and Jojoba Oils to create a versatile botanical oil for your hair and scalp-care routine.
Use it as a scalp oil, apply it sparingly to the lengths and ends, incorporate it into your regular hair-oiling routine, or use it as a pre-shampoo or hot-oil treatment.
Unlike our more complex multi-herb formulas, this oil keeps things simple with a short ingredient list centered around one of the most recognizable botanicals in hair care: Rosemary.
ROSEMARY + THREE BOTANICAL OILS
This formula combines:
• Rosemary Essential Oil
• Olive Oil
• Argan Oil
• Jojoba Oil
• Dried Rosemary Leaf, optional
Each bottle is available with or without a dried sprig of Rosemary.
If you would prefer your bottle without the Rosemary sprig, simply select the No Rosemary Sprig option when ordering.

ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL
Rosemary gives this formula its distinctive fresh, green and herbaceous aroma and has a long history of use in botanical beauty and hair-care preparations.
Please note that Rosemary does not smell like rose. This product does not have a sweet or floral rose fragrance.
ARGAN OIL
Argan Oil is a rich botanical oil frequently incorporated into hair-care products for its conditioning and emollient properties.
JOJOBA OIL
Jojoba provides lightweight conditioning and complements the richer Olive and Argan Oils in this formula.
OLIVE OIL
Olive Oil forms part of the nourishing carrier-oil blend and gives the formula its characteristic richness and slip.
HOW TO USE
Apply a small amount to the desired areas of the scalp and gently massage with the pads of your fingertips.
There is no need to saturate the scalp. Begin with a few drops and add more only if needed.
The oil may also be applied sparingly to the lengths and ends of the hair.
Use according to your personal hair-care routine and cleanse the hair and scalp regularly to help prevent excessive oil or product buildup.
AS A PRE-SHAMPOO OIL
Apply a small amount to the scalp and/or hair before shampooing.
Concentrate on the lengths and ends if desired. Allow the oil to remain on the hair according to your normal pre-shampoo routine, then shampoo thoroughly.
AS A HOT-OIL HAIR TREATMENT
The oil may also be incorporated into your regular hot-oil hair-care routine.
Warm the oil gently using your preferred safe hot-oil method. Do not microwave or overheat the product.
Apply carefully to the hair, making sure the oil is comfortably warm and never hot enough to burn the scalp or skin.
Shampoo thoroughly afterward.

Appearance: Golden to yellow-green depending on the natural color of the oils and botanical ingredients.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LIGHT-COLORED HAIR
Rosemary-containing botanical products may not be the best choice for customers who are concerned about maintaining very light blonde, white or gray hair.
If maintaining your exact light hair color is a priority, we recommend choosing another formula without Rosemary.
Botanical oils may also transfer to light-colored clothing, towels, scarves, pillowcases or bedding. Protect fabrics as needed.
